Katy Clark – West Scotland MSP
Katy Clark is a Scottish Labour West Scotland regional list Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP). West Scotland Region covers North Ayrshire, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire and parts of Argyll and Bute.

Katy holds surgeries on Monday and Fridays from 9am both online by Zoom, FaceTime or Teams, or over the telephone. Due to the pandemic, face to face meetings are being avoided, however can take place outside where possible (weather permitting!), but are only being arranged where required.
Katy was previously the MP for North Ayrshire and Arran, has sat in the House of Lords and worked as a solicitor both in private practice and in the trade union movement. She is a Justice spokesperson for Scottish Labour in the Scottish Parliament and is a member of the Criminal Justice committee. She is a member of a number of Cross Party Groups in the Scottish Parliament and is Convenor of the Women Against State Pension Inequality (WASPI) Cross Party Group.
She has been an active trade unionist and is a member of UNISON, Unite, GMB and TSSA trade unions. She has a long track record of involvement in equality campaigns, including winning Europe’s biggest equal pay case, anti-austerity campaigning, campaigning for public services and against privatisation, and for the transfer of wealth to working class communities. She has also been involved in civil liberties, human rights and international issues.
